Privacy policy

This policy says what the site stores, why, for how long, and how to use your rights. A community born in 2010. No phone number is collected.

Controller

The controller is the publisher of the site. Identity and address: TODO (see the legal notice).

Data collected

Petition: first name, last name, email, and, if you give them, country, city and message. The time of the signature is stored. The email is used to refuse a second signature from the same address. It is not shown on the site.

Contact form: name, email, message, and the time of sending.

Technical data: a session cookie (PHPSESSID) to keep the form token, and a language cookie (lang) if you switch language. No advertising tracker is set by this site.

Purposes

The petition exists to record a real signature and to show, in public, only the first name, the initial of the last name, and the optional flag, city and message.

The contact form exists so the house can read a message and reply.

The cookies exist so the form stays protected and so the chosen language is remembered.

Legal basis

Consent, given by the required checkbox before a signature or a message is stored. You can withdraw it by asking for deletion.

Retention

Signatures are kept for as long as the petition stays online, then deleted, unless you ask for erasure sooner.

Contact messages are kept for 24 months, then deleted. TODO if the publisher chooses another period.

The session cookie ends when the browser session ends. The language cookie lasts one year.

Recipients

The data stays on the host (Hostinger) in a file that is not published on the web. No sale. No transfer to a listed partner. TODO if a processor agreement must be named.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and you can object. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or with the authority of your country.
